Protosyncellus (Vicar General)
The Protosyncellus assists the Eparchial Bishop in the governance of the entire Eparchy. In accordance with the Code of Canons of the Eastern Churches and within the limits of the authority entrusted to him, he exercises ordinary vicarious executive power throughout the Eparchy, except in matters reserved to the Eparchial Bishop or requiring his special mandate.

The Protosyncellus reports to the Eparchial Bishop concerning principal matters, both those to be undertaken and those already completed, and carries out his ministry in harmony with the Bishop’s will and intention.

Moderator of the Curia
Under the authority of the Eparchial Bishop, the Moderator of the Curia coordinates the administrative work of the eparchial offices, promotes collaboration among them, and helps ensure that the responsibilities entrusted to curial personnel are carried out faithfully and effectively in service to the clergy, parishes, and faithful of the Eparchy.
